Can someone send let me know what an end client letter is? This has been listed in the h1-B IW document checklist. Is this letter needed for someone who is working in the US already ?
If your job is contracting to 3rd party, then you need client letter. If you are full time employee and working on internal projects, no need for client letter.
Consult your employer’s immigration lawyer and they will be able to help you out.
