In my RFE questions, they have asked for End Client letter. My Client has a policy not to issue such letters. Does that mean my petition will be rejected as I can not provide the End Client letter?
Try to get a letter from the client stating that they don’t issue client letters per company policy. Also try to get some other sort of written communication stating that they indeed are the client for you. If possible, submit the client contact information and ask USCIS to get in touch w/ them for verification.
