Hi…Have a question…I have been selected in H1B lottery FY 23-24(via an employer) and now my employer is refusing to file petition/proceed further due to lack of opportunities in US…can I consult another employer for further process…is this possible…i mean can I find another employer and ask to file my petition
Only the employer who submitted your registration can file the petition.
