I completed my DS-160, MRV fee payment, and created a profile on https://cgifederal.secure.force.com/applicanthome in 2019.
In 2020, I switched employers and filed a new DS-160 yesterday in 2022 and booked an appointment for June 12 and June 13, 2022.
I am eligible for dropbox but since I created my profile on cgifederal portal and paid the fee in 2019, it didn’t ask me visa interview waiver questions at that time and now it doesn’t ask those questions either.
I was able to book an appointment for OFC on June 12 and Interview on June 13. It does not appear to be a dropbox appointment as it did not say that word anywhere.
How can I get a dropbox appointment in my case?
