Hello, In May 2020, I had H1B (I797 petition) and I-140 (approved November 2019) and my family had H4 (I-539 petition) from employer valid till 2023.
In March 2021, I have now changed jobs and got a new H1B (I-797 petition). My family still has the previous H4 petitions. My company has not applied for new H4 petitions.
Can I apply for H4 EAD for my spouse with the previous H4 (I-539) petition?
Please let me know what I should check before applying for EAD online. Thanks.
