My previous Organization was “X” and my H-1B Visa was initiated from there. It got picked up in the lottery and was approved in 2016.But Visa Stamping was never done and I never traveled to US. After that, I joined "Y"on Oct 2017.Also,I have my I-797 Approval Notice with me.I want to confirm if a new H1B Visa petition is filed from Infosys ,am I eligible for Out-of-Cap ,as my Visa was approved earlier?
