Eligibility for fresh H1B Visa

Am i eligible to apply for fresh H1B with the below qualifications? Because i’ve heard education should be in the field related to the current role? is that true? Please reply. Thanks in advance.

  • B.SC (Maths, Statistics, Computer Science)

  • MBA (Marketing & HR)

  • 2006 to 2009 ( Non IT Domain)

  • 2010 to till date (7 Years of MNC IT experience)

  • Couple of IT certifications.

Even w/ non-IT education, you may still be eligible for H-1. You will have to get detailed experience letters, certifications, training docs etc to show how you are qualified.
