Any one is following EB2 bulletin. Recently aug2022 bulleting is out and dates not moved.
What is your prediction for next year. Will there be any spill over? how will be movement for EB2 and Eb3 ? will there be any retrogression for EB2 or EB3 ?

EB2 may get retrogress if USCIS ends up wasting visa and it depends how many they waste.
As for next year, no guessing on spillover from FB.
It’s difficult to predict what will happen but you can certainly see what the movement for EB2 and EB3 has been historically with the help of the chart on this website. You can also subscribe to get notified each month about the movement for both EB2 and EB3.
