EB1 Retrogression for Indians

My Employer planning to file I-140 & 485 Concurrently for EB1 Multinational Manager.

I was informed it was freezed and will open the cap expected is Oct 1st 2016 .

Can you please provide the status or some insight?

Yes, it was retrogressed and is available Oct 2016 onwards. As we are already in Oct, your employer can do the concurrent filing.
