Hey Guys,

Question Rephrased*

I am on an E3 visa, looking to Transfer my E3 visa to a new Employer…
Once we have the approved LCA, I will be applying directly at a US Consulate abroad for a new E-3 visa stamp

Have a couple of questions re the Transfer of E3 -

  1. When do I have to stop working from my old Employer - Once I get my Passport, with the new E3 Visa or as soon as I am done with the E3 Interview?

  2. How soon can I start working for my Client as their Full Time Employee?
