Hi,

This is for my 4 yr old DS160 question.

DS 160 Question: Has your U.S. Visa ever been cancelled or revoked?

While withdrawing H4 extension application for spouse , USCIS has also withdrawn child H4 extension application stating both extensions were filled together. This happened when my child was in US. Now my child is going for stamping in India. Please advise what should i answer the above DS160 question? TIA.

This question is not tied to USCIS. This is for the Visa Stamping in India.
What you filed was a petition for status with USCIS and not a US visa. So, it is a No.
