DS160 Application fill : Do L1B extensional denial required to be mentioned

Hi,

While filling the DS160 form for my H1B interview, there is one question like below :

" Have you ever refused a US Visa , been refused admission to the United States, or withdrawn your application for admission at the port of entry "

I had been L1B extension denial, when we applied to extend my current L1B Visa. Does L1B extension needs to be mentioned for the above question in my DS160 form.
