I forgot to add my children who are US citizens while filling DS 160 form online, is that ok or I need to fill a new one?
I assume your children have their own US passports. DS-160 is not relevant for them. Questions regarding dependent travel in DS160 relates only to those children linked to your visa. In this case, there is no such linkage. Please answer the question correctly if asked by the consular about your children
