Does anyone know whether Mumbai Dropbox location will be open on July4th? Also, does the H1B visa holder have to be present while submitting the documents or family / friend, can drop all documents?

Closed on July 4th. They follow US consulate holidays.

Nothing is mentioned on the website if friends/family can submit documents. Better to call them and ask.
US holiday time should consider as holiday for drop box as well
