Drop Box Eligibility

Hi,

My h1b visa as per the visa stamp was valid till 15-Sept-2018 but my company got a new petition approved on 1-Jan-2018 since there was legal entity change and the new petition is valid till 2021

I am planning to visit india this march and my question is whether I am eligible for dropbox based on 12 month condition. I have not completed 12 months from the expiry date on my visa but i have spent more than 12 months from my new petition start date.

Please advice

As long as your visa stamp on passport was expired within 12 months, you should be eligible. Check the full requirements at http://www.ustraveldocs.com/in/in-niv-visarenew.asp , if you satisfy all of them, then you are fine to apply using DropBox.
