Mine (principal applicant) H1b visa eligible for drop box but my wife’s not.
The scheduling website asked only for my drop box eligibility. So, it’s letting me to go for drop box.
So, in this case, is it OK if my wife tags along with me for drop box or she has to schedule separate appointment at Embassy ?
If she is not eligible for drop box, then she should not tag along. You can apply for H1B approval and then she can use your approvals, info and then go for H4 stamping.
I do not think it is good to tag along, if she is not eligible. She needs to apply for stamping separately.
