Dear Saurabh,
I am with employer A and moving to employer B. Emp B wants me to join a week from now. But they just filed my H1 transfer and received the Receipt notice from VSC today (05/25/2018). Memorial day is on May 28th as you know. Given the present scenario, I want to make sure my H1 transfer is approved before I move out to Emp B.
Hence I hardly have 8 more days left for my joining date. Please let me know if USCIS would consider the 15 calendar day of premium processing even during weekends and long weekend holiday such as Memorial day. If not I have to fake a reason to delay my joining date with them.
