My wife’s H4EAD is valid until May 2021 and my H1B just got approved until Dec 2023, Me and my wife both has approved Visa until May 2021. Considering current delays in biometrics it is likely that my wife’s H4 extension will not be approved in near future and hence the EAD will not be approved and she will loose her job, My question is if she travel back to India as she is eligible for dropbox, does she need to appear for biometric ? If not do we have any timelines how much time they are taking for approving the Visa ? My wife will be dropping her papers in Delhi center. Any feedback/experiences are much appreciated.
