Does delay in stamping impact chances in the interview with the VO?

Hi,

I have my Petition approved since Nov 2013. But my employer is not willing to initiate stamping stating no requirements at the Client location. My manager is of opinoion that we should go for stamping when there are requirements at the Client site.

Its been almost 5 months since my petition was approved. Does such kinda delay impact chances during stamping?

Also, if I need to change my location, does having the stamping done increase the processing time??

It doesn’t impact negatively. When appearing for stamping carry recently dated documents (like offer letter, client letter etc) and be ready to answer why it took so long. The answer could be as simple as employer didn’t have any active assignment earlier.
