Hi, I have 11+ years of experience ( 8 years in India and 3+ years in US). I have completed my 5 years Masters degree in India. Now, my company is ready to file GC and my attorney says that my 5 years masters degree is equivalent to 3years Bachelors degree in USA. So, they say with 11+ years experience and bachelor degree we can apply in EB2.
Will there be any possibility for RFEs or rejections if I apply with 3 years bachelor degree and 11 years experience. Or do I need to apply with my Masters degree and with 11 years of experience. Please suggest me.
