I have been impacted by one of famous american company layoff, they gave me 60 days notice and Nov 24 is my last day, I will have pay-slips till Nov 24th and they will take 2-3 weeks to withdraw H1B. I got 2 full time offers from Company A(mid size american company) and Company B(Fortune 500 indian company).
Both of them filed H1b transfer in premium.
1.Company A(filed in CA center) received receipt number on Nov 13th and they received RFE on Nov 21st for the location question and status maintenance.
2.Company B(filed in Vermont center) received receipt number on Nov 12th and I’m still waiting for the decision.
I’m interested in Company B and planning to sign Company B I9 on Nov 25th without approval notice to avoid the out of status.
My questions are ,
1)does Company B approval impacts because of Company A RFE?
2)What is that meaning of bridging,Am I fall under bridging concept?
