Does a Master's CAP Degree have to be related to the job?

When someone has a master’s degree and applies under the H-1B master’s cap, does the job they are offered have to be relevent to the field of study their masters? For example, if someone has a masters in business administration can they take a job as a programmer analyst. If it was a bachelors the answer would be know because the field of study is not related to the job, im wondering if it is different for the H-1b masters cap.
