I am going for my stamping on 26th March 2013. I havent filed my IT returns for last 3 years since I was in UK. Can this be an issue while the stamping process? I am in India from November 2012 till now but this IT returns thing was not in my list of priorities.
They usually don’t ask for Indian tax returns during H-1 interview. Even if they ask, you can provide them the reason which sounds correct to me.
