DOB error H1B registration 2021

Hi everyone,
I got selected in H1B lottery selection but my date of birth is wrong in the I797C what I received from my employer.

Since it is a mistake done by attorney. can some one please say me what documents I need to send to USCIS for D.O.B error.

Was this issue resolved? Did you receive an H-1B receipt notice? If so, does it have your correct date of birth? Your answer would be much appreciated. Thanks.
