Just wanted to ask if we need work experience certificates to file along with documents for H1B petition? Is it mandatory or t will be asked if USCIS needs it?

No. U dont need them. Ur offer letter, recent payslips, ID card scan or such docs wil do… However if there in an RFE regarding such, U need to provide them
Can you suggest me how long will it take for document evaluation by the attorney for filing H1b visa. My Sponsor is saying that it will take 30-90 days to be evaluated…is it true? He also says after documents are evaluated and after filing LCA petition it can take another 30-90 days…it has been more than 40 days now that i have submitted all my documents for evaluation and they have not come up with any news that it has been done…My consultant says that the document evaluation would be done by the US government officials …is it true?..your answer would be appreciated…
