My query is, now am a student in usa university, i just wanted to transfer from my university to other university.
If I do that, do I need to take another visa interview when i go back to india.
No, a new interview is not required. Your stamped visa is a travel document and stays the same regardless of transfers to different universities within dates indicated on the visa. However always carry your new I-20 document while travelling.
