Do "Posted LCA Forms" at worksite need to be enclosed with H1B petition?

My employer just shipped LCA forms that were posted at worksite to HR department. Can anyone please tell me if those forms are supposed to be enclosed with my H1B petition? I was under impression that only certified LCA signed by employer is required to be enclosed with h1b application.

LCA is just information about vacancy and you shoud not post your H1B petition at worksite.

But, after LCA is certified, H1B petition to USCIS must have certified copy of LCA or LCA number.

Actually LCA needs to be posted at the worksite or shared w/ the workers’ union (if one exists). That’s part of the LCA process.
