do I need to give visa interview again if switch my job

I got my H1B visa one year back, I haven’t travelled to US yet, do I need to give visa interview again if I switch my job in India. Please suggest … thNks in advance

You need a new petition for sure if you change employers. Once the new employer’s petition has been approved, you have to appear for stamping if the old visa stamp has expired. However, if the visa stamp is still valid, then you can use it to travel to US along w/ new petition.
