Do I need salary slips from previous employers while filing GC?

I was contracting and moved to full time this around 6 months ago.

I am on H1B.
My current company is filing my GC.

Do I need the last 3 pay slips from my previous employer?

My previous employer did not pay me for the 3 weeks and I do not have a salary slip.

You don’t need the payslips for GC filing. They can file it even w/o it. However, if USCIS has concerns about whether you maintained status in US or not (during AOS phase), then they can ask for proof of maintaining status which means payslips.
