Do I need new H1B visa stamp after change of employer?

Hi Experts,

I am having H1B visa. I have not travelled to US till now.

  1. If i change company/employer, do i need to go for visa stamping?

  2. Need to pay petition fee for it?

  1. Not required as long as the previous visa stamp is still valid and has not expired

  2. The new employer will have to pay H-1 petition fees, which is similar to a new H-1 petition fees.
