Do I need documents of spouse for change of status from H4 to H1b

Hi All,

Second time changing from H4 to H1. H1 is valid till Sep 2017.

My spouse H1 is valid till June 2017. Right now i am in India .So,My questions are

  1. Do i need spouse documents to change again back to to H1.

  2. Which way is best one to travel to US with H4 status and then apply for H1 or Change in India itself
