Do I need a H1b amendment or a LCA transfer

I got my H1B visa stamped through my company for client X.My petition was approved in 2014 and visa not utilised.Now my company wants me to travel for client Y for a different location to one mentioned in original petition.My job responsibilities remains the same.Can you let me know if a H1B amendment is required in my case or a LCA TRANSFER alone.

This is urgent.Appreciate your help.

According the new USCIS rule, isn’t an H1B amendment filing is mandatory when there is a change of location?

Have you traveled with just new approved LCA? OR Did you file new H1B amendment? How much time is required to file H1B amendment?
