I currently have a bachelor’s degree and a Msc in advertising. Obtained in Spain.

Do i need a US Degree to be eligible for H1B Visa?

Clearly Not. You should have atleast 16 (15 -1) Years of full time education for applying for H1B Visa. As you already have more than that, you don’t have to worry about it.
