Hi, Do the employer submit my cv or resume at the time of h1 file petition. And how long it may take for h1 approval(I got my receipt on 7th ofplease answer my query soon… June).
Every employer has a checklist which will be submitted as a package to the USCIS.
Generally cv is included, you can ask your employer if you do not remember submitting you cv as a part of checklist.
There is no set time for H1 approval, some time it may takes few days and sometimes it may even take few months. If you want a quicker decision go for premium processing for which you have to pay extra but you will get an case update withing 2 weeks.
