Direct Visa and process to work in Canada/USA

Hi,

I am plannig to apply for Work/study visa for canada, would prefer if i go directly to work. I have no plans to settlle. couple of years will work for me.

About me i have done my 4Years Bachlors in Hotel Management from Pune. Also i do have couple of years experience in the same. worked in USA for 3 months on J1.

Some please suggest me something. If anybody know any good option for USA, that will work as well.
