One of my friend is in a situation. He is holding valid h1b. he would be flying to US next week. There is a situation, as per his age in all official documents(every single document), he is just 4 months younger than his elder brother. will this cause any problem for him at CBP/Immigration? can it cause deportation? or issue in GC application? If yes, what should be done in this case, since it is virtually impossible to change the date of birth in all the documents.
