My company filed an L1B petetion. After reading the petetion I have understood that the designation metioned in it has a descrepence. I have been promoted from position A to position B recently and that promotion does not lead to a band change. In my petetion most of the places it is indication poistion A as my role in US and in one location it says Position B as my current position in India. There will be no change in the allowances I will be getting.
Will that be a problem or can I justify the same during the visa interview ? If it turns out to be a problem , do I have to ask them toi change my petetion with current designation ?
