Hi - I got my H1B Visa approved for 2015 Cap recently.I and my wife both are Indians by Birth and had our marriage regisered in US and has US Marriage certificate.We got married in US in our previous visit 3 Years ago. From last two years we both are in India.
My question is if my wife goes for H1 dependent Visa with US Marriage Certificate then will it be a problem ? Whether Visa Officer can raise concerns over it ? Please suggest
