Delay in receiving RFE documents from USCIS for my H1B petition

Hi,

My H1B case was filled on June, 2012 under regular processing.

By oct 16th USCIS changed my case status to Request For Evidence in the website. But untill today we din’t receive any documents from USCIS regarding my RFE. I checked with my sponsor too…

Is it comman for USCIS to take 10 days for sending RFE?

Could you please advice what step I should take to know the status and speed up the process?

If it has been more than 30 days since RFE was issued and your employer/attorney has not received the documents, then they should call USCIS and follow-up.
