i am working in defence,indian Navy. will retire on 28 Feb 2013. i have NOC for civil employment and have passport. can i go as dependent with my wife on H1B visa and will there be any problem during the visa process, stamping and interview if i attend the interview now. also i did register marriage and dont have wedding pictures/ albums except for marriage certificate. please guide me
