I got RFE and RFE response submitted on 15TH Aug14. my case was updated as PP on 21st Aug by employer. after few days the status was changing to acceptance, initial review and finally on 28th Aug, it has come to stage as DECISION.
the message says in uscis is August 28, 2014, this I129 PETITION FOR A NONIMMIGRANT WORKER was approved and we sent you an e-mail notice. Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.
But it almost more than a week time, the status remains same as decision. i’m worrying whether my case is approved or not and when will my case move to post decision activity and after that only physical approval copy will be dispatched by uscis.
please let me know your view on this…
