Cutoff date to receive the H1B receipts?

Hi

My employer applied H1B for me under regular category. Still I havent received any notification about receipt either from my employer or my attorney. I know that some of them are not picked and some are. I have two questions here

  1. My colleagues are receiving the receipts on every friday. My question is when the lottery is picked means some would have got selected or some would have rejected on same day. Then why is the delay for sending? that too why on every friday? Dont they work on remaining days? since USCIS sends the information about the receipt for every selected member in hard copy to Employer/Attorney, is this the reason for delay?

  2. Also, I would like to know the cutoff date to receive the H1B receipts? Can we know that ?

This is the same case with me, My H1B has been filed under Standard processing. I contacted my attorney, they told me they are still receiving receipet … So far they haven’t received any rejection. But they didn’t got anything (receipet /rejection) on my case yet.

Please some one telll me [b]what would the be cutoff date?[/b] till what  date, We can expect a reply ?
