Currently on L1B and have H1B petetion approved in 2013

Hello,

I got my L1B visa (Emp A) last year in June and travelled to US. I also had my H1B (Emp A) applied at that point of time. My petetion got approved in 2013. I am planning to travel to India now for short vacation. I just have a query if i travel back currently, is it possible for me to come back on L1B visa only? or Do i need to go for stamping for H1 and come back on H1B.

If you want to work on H-1, then you should go for H-1 visa stamping and return on that visa stamp.

If you plan to work on L-1, then return on an unexpired valid L-1 visa stamp.
