my current case status is shown as “On April 22, 2013, your address was changed relating to the I129, PETITION FOR A NONIMMIGRANT WORKER that you filed. Please check our website at www.uscis.gov for further updates on your case. Please wait until the end of normal processing time before calling customer service at 1-800-375-5283 for live assistance”
i am worried about this address was changed part because only my case status shows that among my colleagues. not sure what happened.
Ask your attorney to follow-up w/ USCIS.
I had this same notice emailed to me. If you haven’t submitted the changes yourself I’d still double check that the address they have on file is your current. In my experience, I got the address change notice in the 30thand the decision post activity approval the very next day. Which lead me to believe USCIS had entered my mailing address in the system to send my approval notice. I hope you got your answers already, your post is from April lol. Good luck!
