Can I create an account to get notified on my current case status.Would that have any implications or good to go to create an account on USCIS site?

You are entitled to look up the status of your receipt number - all this does is notify you of changes automatically. In other words, you get the same information that is available online, you just get it sooner.

I don’t think there is a problem, but ask your lawyer if you want to be sure.

It is ok to create the account. There are no issues. I have one for last several years now and keep adding new receipt numbers to the same account.
