For biometric check or appointment date, do the applicants require to be Fully vaccinated.
If someone has taken single dose for double covid vaccine series, that will be managable or both doses must require before the appointment dates.

Your best bet is to call the VFS and confirm. As far as I know there is no vaccine mandate. Masks are required and they will check body temperature.
