Hi, there. Right now I am holding a H4 (I94 will expire in 08/2021). Since my husband got an offer from company B, He filed H1b transfer on 11/2019, I also filed H4 extension with him together. Right now H4 extension is still pending. My question is, can I file change of status from H4 to H1b while my H4 extension is pending? Can I file COS H4 to H1b via premium processing?
