I entered US in 2019 on H4 visa. I will be pursuing my Master’s from University Of Texas in August Fall 2020. I am planning for COS inside US from H4 to F1. Considering the current pandemic situation,should go forward for COS inside US? Are there some situations that I should be careful at?
