It is understood that about 250000 FB based GCs were not issued during current Fiscal due to Councillors closing, and all these would go to EB categories next after Oct. 20. Of these 63% might go to India category. Questions:
- Will India get around 150000 additional EB GCs during Oct 20-Sep 21?
- Why should it not go to EB2, as majority numbers are going to EB3?
- Given above situations, will Date of Filing move from May 2011 to say around 2016 or so?
