As per the H1B tracker; it seems regular processing petitions under regular cap with receipt number EAC14144xxxxx (received on the 144th working day) have been processed on jun11th whereas my petition which was received on the 147th working day has not been processed yet. Is there some other way USCIS prioritizes applications.
